La Casa provides property management services for Auckland, North Shore, Rodney and surrounding areas. We are here to take away the burden of having to deal with tenants, chasing up rent and the day-to-day issues of property maintenance. We manage each property as if it were our own.
Services
Tenant Search
Marketing the property through advertising in online media such as Trade Me and Facebook. All prospective tenants screening through application verification, reference and credit checks.
Property Appraisal
Working closely in the market, we can provide an accurate property rental appraisal to ensure you maximize your return on your investment.
Rent and Bond Collection
Managing rent collection, including rent arrears management and following up with remedy notices Collecting a bond (equivalent of three weeks rent) and lodging it with Tenancy Services.
Maintenance and Repairs
Working with a team of proffesionals to ensure we address repairs and maintenance issues in a timely and cost effective manner. We oversee general property maintenance with the approval of the owner.
Inspections
Property inspections once every six months - additional inspections can be requested at an additiona fee. All inspections reports online available for tenants and owners.
Pricing
Only 5% on rent collected, repairs and maintenance.
